My pets are messy eaters and drinkers and I have hardwood floors in the kitchen.
Living in south Texas, we don't have snow so I was unable to find boot trays in any stores down here.
It works perfectly as a pet placemat. If they spill water, the raised edges keep it from getting on the hardwood floors.
Cost more than I could have bought it for up north but cheaper than resanding the hardwood.

I was a little disappointed in the stiffness of the plastic. I had hoped for something a little more pliable. The stiff plastic slides around on the hardwood floor a bit, but other than that, it does it's job. Pine needles and raindrops are well contained in the 1" lip on the tray.

I live out in the country and we have alot of mud. My entryway was always a mess until I got this! It works great in a small area, very sturdy and keeps the mess confined! I Love It!!

After searching every home renovation supply and accessory store looking for a boot tray that would fit in our humble vestibule I found my solution!! Just in time for some more snow!!! Can't wait for spring to really put it to good use. and it's just the right size..surprise!! We don't have a mcmansion and finding home accessories is hard as everything is sooo large.
