The rug would never lay flat. I contacted the company for any information on how to get it to lay flat. They never responded to me. I returned it.

Rug does not lay flat. The packaging was essentially a plastic bag. I cut it to open and after I saw how the rugs were, I then looked at the return policy, which specifies items have to be returned in the original wrapping. Very disappointed.
