| Customer Reviews: Holding up well September 7, 2010 Eric (Germansville, PA USA) We've had this on our front porch for the entire summer and it still looks new. No wear, no fading. It does look a bit 'plasticy', but what do you expect from plastic? When we get storms, it gets rained on, so the plastic is a good thing. Traditional rugs tend to look pretty ratty out there pretty quickly.
Fabulous & Eco-friendly! August 23, 2010 PreschoolerMom (Deep South) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this rug in a different color from the Gaiam catalog over a year ago. It is still pristine despite being trampled on by preschoolers (& ridden on with tricycles) and rained on often. Although you can't really tell by looking, it does have a big of a "plasticky" feel to it, as one reviewer mentioned, but what do you expect from a rug made out of recycled soda bottles? I plan to buy more for indoors.
Not quite what I expected. June 10, 2010 R. Scott-Fishburn 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Way more green and muuuuuch less aqua than the beautiful picture, so I couldn't use it. It's pretty plastic and cheapish in real life. I lusted after these in magazines for a year and when I bought mine I was disappointed. But many many people like theirs, so I may just be picky.
Tough Colorful Mat April 14, 2010 Joy Lye (berkeley, ca) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
colors are just as vibrant as in the picture. a little more plastic-y than i would have preferred but it has held up very well this spring through the crazy rain season. i think it'll last a long while.
